TGIF

It's been a long time since I was generally happy for it to be Friday. Usually Fridays seem like Monday and every other day of the week and have since I stopped working full time. When I was working full time I was always working on the weekend so Friday wasn't anything exciting unless I had the weekend off, or at least Saturday. This week I ventured out to work all week (except I had to take Monday off to get Boog his cast put on) and left Hubster to tend to Puddin Pop. I think they had a really good time hanging together. And I got to feel useful by working outside the house. Now it's time for him to go back to work because a week was plenty to get the full time working thought out of my head.

I also realized that my little blogging hobby has become more than part time. I received several items and promotional tote bags of goodies to review and have neglected to tend to any of it. I don't know how the working Mom's keep up with both. I'm in awe. I also haven't had much time to visit my social networks and have been absent from twitter and facebook. Yep. Pretty sure the working full time thing isn't for me and hoping it doesn't become required. I'd hate to have to do it begrudgingly.

So. I'll now go into catch up mode. Or, maybe tomorrow when it's raining all day. The sun is out and it's FRIDAY.

LOL. You are lucky indeed if you don't have to do the full time thing. I remember when my daugher was young I managed two 7 day a week urgent care facilities. I often was at work as early as 6 even on Sunday to get everything done.l

But, you've got me curious on 2 points. What did you do that you worked full time for a week; but won't be doing it again?

And, how do you get to the point of getting bags of stuff to review for businessess?

The limited funds I've made to date for blogs are assigned blog posts, and maybe someday I'll hit the mark to actually receiving a check from adsense.

Sandy~ I couldn't imagine not being here while the kids are young. I thought I could do it and went back to work after Boog was born but only lasted a year.

My part time job (1-2 days a week) offered me some more hours last week and I took them. That's how I worked all week and won't have to next week. Hubster is still waiting for his new job to start so I thought it would be a good idea.

I'm sending you a FB message on the rest:)

Blogging can certainly turn into a more than part time gig. Good for you for getting so many things to promote and to write about.
